Breakfast: 4 oz Lactaid milk, Protein shake, Flat Earth Baked Fruit Crisps-Wild berry
Lunch: 8 oz Egg drop soup, 3 shrimp, zuccini, 1 tsp rice
Snack: Cheese stick
Dinner: 3 meatballs (from frozen) 1 Tbsp marinara, shredded cheese, Baked Lays BBQ chips
Bedtime: 4 oz Lactaid milk
Went to water aerobics, met with my trainer, met hubby at hibachi restaurant
Total Protein grams: 72
