Lunch: Baked Fruit Crisps, cheese cubes (8)
Snack: 4 squares Dark Chocolate
Dinner: 3 scallops, 4 oz Sweet peas (yum!)
Bedtime: 4 oz Dairyease milk
Week 10 post-op I have lost 59.2 Pounds!!!
Met with trainer to weight and measure, since Dec 15th I have
- Lost 3 inches from my waist
- Lost 2.5 inches from my hips
- Lost 1.25 inches from each arm
- Lost 3 inches from each thigh!!
- Lost 22 pounds
- Flexibility went from 15 cm to 21 cm reaching my toes
Total Protein grams: 58.5
