Day 78 Post-Op (11 weeks Post-op)

Breakfast: 4 oz Dairyease Milk, Protein Shake
Lunch: 1/2 can Cream of chicken soup, 1 oz sharp cheddar cheese Cracker Barrel brand
Snack: 4 oz Cottage cheese, 1 oz BBQ Baked Lays
Dinner: Laughing cow cheese wedge, 3 Tyson Brand any'tizers Boneless Buffalo Wings (good)
Bedtime: 4 oz Dairyease Milk
Cleaned house, filled out job apps, did 40 mins on elliptical and lifted weights did water aerobics
Total Protein grams:74.5

Day 77 Post-Op

Breakfast: 4 oz Dairyease Milk, Protein Shake
Lunch: Black beans (4 oz), Live Active cheese cubes (8)
Snack: Flat Earth Baked fruit crisps wild berry 1 oz
Dinner: 2 oz Pinto beans, 1 oz shredded monterry jack cheese, 1 oz BBQ baked Lays
Bedtime: 4 oz Dairyease Milk
Did 3 massages, Drove home 5 hours through snow very hard!
Total Protein grams:70

Day 76 Post-Op

Breakfast: 4 oz Dairyease Milk, Protein shake
Lunch: (hibachi restaurant) 8 oz egg drop soup, 3 shrimp, zucchini, 1 tsp rice
Snack: n/a
Dinner: 2 oz Filet Mignon, 1 oz Baked Lays BBQ
Bedtime: 4 oz Dairyease Milk
Cleaned house, packed to drive to Ga, did 40 mins on the elliptical, lifted weights, drove to GA
Total Protein grams: 58

Day 75 post-op

Breakfast: 4 oz Dairyease Milk, Vanilla Protein shake blended with 1 tsp regular instant coffee and 1 tbsp blueberry cobbler flavored coffee creamer
Lunch: Live active colby-jack cheese cubes (5), Cream of chicken soup
Snack: Live active colby-jack cheese cubes (3),
Dinner: Black beans, shredded cheese, sour cream
Bedtime: 4 oz Dairyease milk

Joined Activate Upstate local weight loss program for Greenville
Total Protein grams: 64

Breakfast: 4 oz Dairyease milk, Protein shake
Lunch: yogurt
Snack: cheese cubes (8)
Dinner: 4 oz Cottage Cheese, SF Chocolate pudding
Bedtime: 4 oz Dairyease
Went to the gym, did 35 minutes on the elliptical, lifted weights
Total Protein grams: 63
