Lunch: .5 oz cheese, pinto beans, ground chicken with taco seasoning, 1 Tbsp guacamole

Dinner: 2 oz Mozzarella & procuitto, Baked Salmon, 8 oz egg drop soup, chinese chicken
Bedtime: 4 oz Lactaid milk
Cleaned house all day, packed to drive to GA, drove to GA. Got sick driving due to drinking too much water

Swam for first time since surgery, gave my hubby a massage to see if I was agle to get back to work

Bedtime: 8 oz Lactaid Milk
Hard day food wise, have to admit that eggs are out of the question. The chicken was tough and I should have stopped after a bite or two. The only good chicken is ground chicken.

Went to mexican restaurant for dinner, went very well. Met with friends at bowling alley, too early for me to bowl, just watched.
