Breakfast: 4 oz Lactaid Milk, Egg, 1 cheese cube
Lunch: 1 Shrimp, 1 Scallop, clear onion soup (at hibachi restaurant)
8oz Milk, 2 cheese cubes
Snack: 1/2 Pudding cup
Dinner: Protein Shake
Bedtime: 4 oz Lactaid
My hubby turned 30, I went to lunch at a restaurant for the first time since surgery, went very well. Egg didn't sit well, stayed down but felt bad.
Total Protein Grams: 75.5
