Breakfast: 4 oz Dairyease Milk, sausage patty, egg (did not go well :P)
Lunch: Protein shake blended with 1 tsp instant coffee and 1 tbsp pumpkin spice reamer (yum)
Snack: 2 cheese cubes
Dinner: Tilapia 1 oz, Laughing cow cheese wedge, 1/2 can cream of chicken soup
Bedtime: 4 oz Dairyease Milk
Cleaned house, took Nyquil to sick friend, watched "Pieces of April" with hubby
Total Protein Grams: 63
