Snack: 2 Tbsp smoked salmon salad (from whole foods), muenster cheese
Dinner: 2 oz Pintos, 1 oz cheese, 1 Tbsp guacamole, 2 oz ground chicken
Bedtime: 4 oz Lactaid Milk
Swam for first time since surgery, gave my hubby a massage to see if I was agle to get back to work
Total grams protein: 66.5
