Lunch: Cottage cheese 4 oz
Snack: 1 oz cheese, 2 Tbsp hummus
Dinner: Bay scallops, Butter beans
Bedtime: 4 oz Lactaid Milk
Deep cleaned the house, took the cat to the vet for ear infection (first time driving since surgery)Total Protein grams: 71
