Breakfast: 4 oz Lactaid Milk, Vanilla Protein shake blended with instant coffee
Lunch: Isopure drink (40 grams protein!) 1 oz cheese cubes
Snack: Proscuitto 1 slice, 8oz cream of chicken soup
Dinner: 1 shrimp, 1 scallop, 2oz potato soup, laughing cow cheese wedge
Bedtime: 4 oz Lactaid Milk
Ran errands, cooked hubby good dinner so he doesn't think I'll never cook again!
