Breakfast: 8 oz Lactaid Milk, SF peppermint patty, 4 oz cottage cheese
Lunch: Taco bell Pintos n' cheese
Snack: Protein Shake
Dinner: Laughing cow cheese wedge, 2 Tbsp hummus, turkey
Bedtime: 4 oz Lactaid milk
Had a great meal with the in-laws, told them the truth that I had the surgery, they took it well
