This is the first day I started my food journal.
Breakfast: 8oz Lactaid 1% milk blended with 1 scoop Vanilla protein powder
Lunch: 1/2 Can cream of chicken soup (strained the meat out)
Snack: 1/2 Can cream of chicken soup (strained the meat out)
Dinner: 8oz Lactaid 1% milk blended with 1 scoop Vanilla protein powder
Total Protein Grams: 69.5
