Lunch: Protein shake
Snack: String cheese
Dinner: 37 grams fish (from long john silvers), Laughing cow cheese wedge
Bedtime: 4 oz Lactaid milk
Hung out with hubby all day, ran errands, took my B-12 shot
Total Protein grams: 68
Lost 37.4 pounds so far!!!
