Lunch: Pulled pork bbq, collard greens (1 spoon), baked beans (1 spoon)
Snack: Laughing cow cheese wedge, Protein shake
Dinner: Cream of chicken soup, string cheese
Bedtime: Lactaid
Walked at Cleveland Park with my hubby 6.5 miles, ate lunch at Smoke on the Water bbq place
