Dinner: 1 shrimp, 1 oz Filet mignon, mushroom
Did Basic Body Pump class, went to hubby's work Christmas party, did well until I took a sip of coffee after dinner, learned not to drink after eating
Total Protein grams: 52.5
Lost 40.2 Pounds so far!!!
