Lunch: 1 shrimp, 1 scallop, clear onion soup, 1 steamed dumpling
Snack: 3 slice bacon (precooked microwave style)
Dinner: Cheese stick, egg beaters, shredded cheese
Bedtime: 4 oz Lactaid milk
Went to gym, did 25 mins on elliptical, had lunch at a hibachi restaurant, Did christmas cards
Total Protein grams: 70.75
